This renovation consists of creating a master plan, adding an outdoor shower/bath and a dining area, reconfiguring interior circulation, and reimagining unused outdoor spaces. While this house looks like an old adobe, it was built with wood framing in the 1980s. Given the neighborhood’s context and historic importance, particular attention is paid to keeping modifications consistent with the home’s surroundings.
